  • Rasheem Artis

    Founder & Executive Director

    Provides overall leadership and direction for the organization. Oversees programs, partnerships and strategic growth while ensuring the mission remains at the center of every initiative

  • Dr. Lafayette

    Vice Chair of Community Strategy & Development

    Guides community-focused programming and outreach strategy. Supports partnership development and helps expand the organization’s impact through community engagement.

  • Justn Francois

    Treasurer

    Manages financial oversight, budgeting support and financial records. Helps ensure responsible handling of funds and financial accountability.

  • Brice Thomas

    Director of Governance, Compliance & Internal Policy

    Oversees policy review, organizational compliance and internal documentation. Helps support responsible operations, ethical practices and strong nonprofit governance across the organization.

  • Jill Lindsey

    Director of Community Outreach & Strategic Partnerships

    Builds relationships with community partners, sponsors and local leaders. Supports outreach efforts, partnership development and volunteer engagement

  • Dwight

    Director of Training, Safety & Legal Education

    Leads training development and supports safety procedures and legal education. Helps strengthen organizational preparedness and operational safety.
